Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@solsuave.com.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
