Intimate items such as lingerie and undergarments are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping charges and any discounts applied will not be refunded.
Exchanges
